Super Urban (2013) by Ernest Chang
The Super Urban series consists of nine photographs shot around Hong Kong Island in 2013, stylized into the textured, densely colored panels of a comic book. With its sense of heightened reality, the collection explores the most down-to-earth scenes and atmospheres in the urban spaces of Hong Kong.
All inspired by and produced on Hong Kong Island, in 2013. This was the opening series for The Stallery back in 2014 December when the studio first opened its doors to the public.
