Binokl
Rémi Larson goes by the pseudonym Binokl. He draws his inspiration from the urban culture scene, such as basketball, skate and hip hop. He uses black Posca pens to trace his universe and then fills in the spaces with small and large repeated shapes. His precise and hypnotic style has evolved into a more spontaneous way through new tools and mediums: paper, canvas, wood sheets, glass. In search of harmony, between complexity and minimalism, he is drawn towards other more abstract binokleries.
